At Anthelia Creations, each piece is carefully selected to ensure quality and elegance. As part of our store policy, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we are happy to offer exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase are required.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Jewelry (for hygiene and safety reasons)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Size or Style Exchange

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or style, subject to product availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit may be issued (valid for a specified period).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.

Exchange Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Anthelia Creations is not responsible for lost exchange shipments.
