  • Payments must be completed in full before orders are processed and shipped.

  • Anthelia Creations is not responsible for additional charges such as customs duties or taxes for international orders.

4. Orders & Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.

5. Shipping

  • Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

  • Anthelia Creations is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate; we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Exchanges Only Policy

  • Anthelia Creations does not offer returns or refunds.

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to eligibility.

  • Jewelry, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for exchange.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

  • Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. Failure to do so may result in the exchange request being denied.

9. Limitation of Liability
